Please note that it is not possible to save the calculations you make on this page. To save your calculations, place your product in the basket and then add further items. In the basket, you can assign a project name and a cost centre for each individual order.
During the checkout process, you can save your delivery address and your preferred payment method . You can also redeem vouchers, review your order and send your order to be printed. You will then be informed if a sign-off from the administrator is needed for your order. This may lead to a production delay. You will be able to find the current status of your order in the Order History section in the My Account page. If you have any questions about your order, we'll be happy to help. As a business customer, you can conveniently pay by open account within 14 days. The invoice will be sent to the email address registered with the customer account. The ability to pay on account is dependent on a credit check. We reserve the right to carry out a check during the ordering process or after the order has been made. When making a payment, please use the following bank information and provide your contract and order number:
To pay by invoice, please provide your VAT registration number when registering your company. As an existing customer, you can simply add this information to your master data in the customer area.
The option to pay on account is dependent on a credit check. You will be informed of the credit check results via email or phone call.
As platform contact, you also have the possibility to enable the 'Central Invoice' function. In this case, the platform contact will be the contract partner for all orders from the platform. The platform contact will also be responsible for legal arrangements with other portal users in this case.

If you choose one of our E-payment options (PayPal, credit card, SOFORT banking), your account will be charged instantaneously. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation from the E-payment provider (and, if necessary, the sign-off from the portal operator), your order will be sent for production.
With the payment on account option, please pay the amount due within 14 days of recieving the invoice. The order will go straight to production after the sign-off is given by the platform operator.
Our tip: If you are a business customer, you can benefit from payment on account.
The delivery and production times vary depending on when the order has been received, the sign-off process and receipt of payment. If the printing order is signed off by 5pm on a working day, this will be counted as the first production day. We count Monday to Friday as working days.
SAXOPRINT.cloud delivers to the territory of the Unitied Kingdom (except Jersey, Guernsey, Sark, Alderney, Herm and Gibraltar). Delivery costs are included in the price. Delivery to PO boxes or DHL service points is not possible.

Please note: For areas which are difficult to reach (e.g islands) or particularly large orders which must be sent by a forwarding agent, there may be slightly longer delivery times.
Unfortunately, it is not always possible to track your order . You will be informed of whether delivery tracking is available or not in an order dispatch email.
A cancellation of your order is generally only possible via telephone with the SAXOPRINT.cloud customer service team. A processing fee will apply for all order cancellations or, alternatively, we will send an invoice for the work carried out on the order before cancellation.
